Turn apple rings into delicious 5 ingredient Apple Ring Pancakes with this autumn-loving breakfast favorite!


  • 2-3 apples
  • 2 cups of bisquick or pancake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • cinnamon to taste


Core and feel and apple and then cut it into rings. Cut thinner rings for softer pancakes and thicker for crunchier. Mix together the biquick, milk eggs, cinnamon into a batter. Dip each apple ring in the batter and then cook on a medium-high Good Cook skillet for 3 minutes. Top with syrup and serve!
