Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9×9 pan by lining it with parchment paper. Set aside. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the cookie butter, eggs, and melted butter. Beat on low speed using a hand mixer. Add the flour and chocolate chips, and stir to combine. Spread the batter into the prepared pan, using a small off set spatula to smooth the top evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 – 20 minutes, or until puffy, cooked through, and slightly golden on top. Lift the blondies out of the pan by holding the edges of the parchment paper. Cool completely, and then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
