Quick and simple, this delicious cake is decadent, soft and gluten-free!
Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Stir until smooth. Whisk or beat in eggs until mixture is smooth. Line a 9" AirPerfect Round Cake Pan with parchment paper, then spray very generously with nonstick baking spray. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 325ºF for 50-55 minutes, or until the center of the cake sets. Allow to cool before inverting on a serving platter. Top with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
