3-Ingredient Black Bean Sliders

Black bean burgers that taste like tasty little burgers! Your family won't miss the meat with this easy recipe.


  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, lightly drained
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 pouch onion soup mix


Pour beans into a large bowl or food processor. Add quick oats and onion soup mix. Mix well, until a soft dough forms. NOTE: To speed the mixing process, heat black beans in microwave until very hot, then mix with remaining ingredients. Use an ice-cream scoop to form sliders into small balls, place on a medium-hot griddle and form with fork into perfect-sized patties. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with your favorite fixin's.
